The 100 block of South Cayuga Street in Downtown Ithaca was closed briefly on Monday as the Ithaca Police Department checked the area after they “became aware of a bomb threat,” according to a statement from IPD Lieutenant Mary Orsaio. “The threat specifically identified 106 South Cayuga Street, Lot 10, as the target,” said Lt. Orsaio.
